Artist YOSHIROTTEN’s solo exhibition “Yoshirotten Exhibition: Communication with the Other Side / BEYOND EARTH” will run from October 30, 2026 (Fri) to January 11, 2027 (Mon, public holiday) at TOKYO NODE GALLERY A/B/C, located on the 45th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower. The exhibition marks the largest-scale solo presentation in YOSHIROTTEN’s career to date.

Over the course of a career spanning roughly 20 years, YOSHIROTTEN has expanded his practice across graphic design, art direction, video, production, and spatial design. Moving fluidly across the boundaries of music, fashion, and art, he has established a distinctive visual language and continues to work internationally. He has collaborated extensively with a wide range of brands, media, and musicians, from Tokyo’s underground scene to the mainstream.
A consistent theme throughout his practice has been the “visualizing the invisible.” In this exhibition, this exploration is further expanded on a larger scale, anchored by his signature series RGB, FUTURE NATURE, and SUN.

A Spacecraft 200 Metres Above the Ground Communicating with the Beyond
The TOKYO NODE GALLERY is located approximately 200 metres above ground. In the exhibition, it is conceived as a single spacecraft and designed as a space for encounters with the “beyond,” beyond human perception. Large-scale installations unfold throughout the space, transforming data from space, Earth, and the city into image, video, and light.

A key highlight of the exhibition is its collaboration with the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). The project explores works that utilise astronomical data such as black holes captured by satellites, unfolding as a cross-disciplinary initiative where art, technology, and science intersect. Data from space agencies is transformed by YOSHIROTTEN into newly visualised landscapes.
The exhibition is structured around his signature series, including RGB, FUTURE NATURE, and SUN, expanding his previous body of work to a far larger scale. Information and records accumulated through humanity’s pursuit of the “beyond” are reconfigured into unprecedented visual landscapes. During the exhibition period, collaborations with communities YOSHIROTTEN has cultivated over the years will be held, along with special events.

The exhibition spans the turn of the year, running from October 2026 to January 2027. Throughout the period, collaborations beyond the conventional framework of an exhibition will be added, along with special events, offering multiple reasons for repeat visits.
This is both an opportunity to witness the current culmination of YOSHIROTTEN’s practice, which has moved fluidly between music, fashion, and art, and a moment to observe the starting point of his next phase of expression.
