The ‘POKÉMON X KOGEI: Playful Encounters of Pokémon and Japanese Craft’ exhibition, which we previously covered on ZEROMILE, is finally coming to Tokyo’s Azabudai Hills Gallery this fall. The exhibition will run from November 1, 2024, to February 2, 2025.

From March to June 2023, the exhibition was held at the National Craft Museum in Ishikawa Prefecture and has since traveled across the U.S. and various locations in Japan. Now, it’s making its highly anticipated debut in Tokyo. This is exciting news for those who have been eager to see it but haven’t had the chance.
The Tokyo exhibition will feature upgrades from the previous tour, showcasing around 80 pieces, including new works by several artists. Additionally, there will be a themed café and special tickets with exclusive perks available only for this exhibition. Even past visitors will find plenty of new experiences to enjoy.

This special ticket gives you access to an exclusive preview of the exhibition before it officially opens, along with some unique perks:
・A silver porcelain cup featuring a traditional pattern of interlocking kanji characters and the POKÉMON X KOGEI Exhibition logo.
・A postcard with Pikachu printed in gold foil on luxurious velvet paper.

*The accompanying guest can enter for free only when arriving together with the passport holder. Separate entry for the guest is not allowed.
*Use of the pass by anyone other than the purchaser is strictly prohibited. You will need to sign the back of the passport during the exchange and present both the pass and a valid ID with your name each time you enter.
*The passport cannot be used on special event days or private events.
